Join Columbus SOUP Sunday, June 14 from 5:30-8:00PM at The Bosco Center (our gracious host) in their beautiful second floor ballroom and help us celebrate and support Childhood Enrichment projects in Columbus and for Columbus!
You must RSVP as seating is limited, but please bring your $7 minimum cash donation to pay at the door for dinner and a vote.
This event will have a cash bar so plan on bringing a little extra cash for beverages.
Don't forget about the raffle! Tickets are $1/each and create a micro grant for second place.
There is a ton of metered parking around the Bosco Center as it's right next to Grant Hospital and lucky for us, the city meters are free on Sunday! Nearby garages are also an option for their posted fees.
We'll be enjoying soups from some of the best restaurants and chefs in town while hearing from some inspiring projects. It'll be a great night of community, philanthropy, and fun and we can't wait to see you then!
We're limiting RSVP's to two tickets per person so if you're bringing friends (and we hope you do), just ask them to RSVP too! Any questions or needs with ticketing you can email us at: email@example.com
Yes, you really do HAVE to bring cash. One of the cool things about SOUP is 100% of the cash collected at the door is handed over to the winning project as soon as we announce it! (100% of cash raffle ticket sales go to 2nd place)
Parking will be free at all street meters (yay Sunday!). There are also nearby garages with available parking for their posted fees.
Use this hashtag when you tweet, instagram, and facebook about Spring SOUP: #greenspoonarmy...SOUP wouldn't be SOUP without the collective of awesome community members who make it happen. You are the #greenspoonarmy!
When & Where
Columbus SOUP is setting out to change how the Capital City thinks about philanthropy.
We harness our city’s strong community spirit to create events that connect people with local projects in need of grassroots funding. We encourage ideas, networking, and volunteerism to foster opportunities for community members to pool their own resources and invest in Columbus.
We live in a city that embraces good ideas, and Columbus SOUP provides a platform to share those ideas at the ground level and make connections that matter. Through quarterly community events, attendees pay a $7 minimum donation for dinner and a vote to fund projects that make our city a better place.
It’s a simple concept, but it can have a big impact.
Call it a kickstarter, crowdfunding, or a giving circle—no matter what you call it, we’d love for you to join us on this adventure we call Columbus SOUP.
