Join in community on the evening of the summer solstice...the moment in the Northern Hemisphere when the Sun travels along its northernmost path in the sky. It's the longest day of the year~a perfect time to set your summer intentions, offer gratitude & explore what it means to shine.

In this Summer Solstice Writing Circle, we'll use gentle, inclusive writing prompts, poetry and music and a short guided meditation to welcome summer's energy around and inside of us. No writing experience needed~our focus is expression and tuning in to our inner wisdom.

Please note, you will receive a personal email from gabriellekm@gmail.com with Zoom info.

  • Weekly writing prompts to guide you through the month

  • A closing celebration at the end of each month for participants to listen and share

Seasonal Deep Dives:

For people craving a deeper dive, more intensive exploration on the intersection of writing + spiritual life

  • 3 live (on Zoom) 1 hour and 15 minute sessions with a theme connected to the seasons
  • A closed Facebook group to build community and for sharing support
  • A closing celebration (on Zoom) for participants to listen and share
  • The opportunity to publish one piece created in the workshop on my Medium blog

What you’ll gain

Through joining a Feed Your Spirit circle or workshop, you can expect:

Community~writing and sharing with like-minded individuals

Accountability~a structure that will help you create and stick to a practice

Connection~to nature, to passion, to greater awareness of what is sacred/Divine in your life

Growth~each month, your writing practice will get both stronger and come more naturally. I promise.

Transformation~this process is about reflection and listening. It’s liberating and has the power to transform your perspective away from your writing.
