Description
Chef Truman Olson will prepare a "Summer Solstice Supper" using seasonal, local, and organic ingredients.
The five-course menu will feature artisan cheeses from Holland's Family Farm, Shepherd's Way, and Star Thrower Farms; grass-fed beef from Thousand Hills Cattle Company and free-range chicken from Callister Family Farm; and other local ingredients including rhubarb and peas from the Northeast Farmers Market, sunchokes and greens from Dragsmith Farms, Sapsucker Farms maple syrup, honey and candles from Ames Farm, Hope Creamery butter, cream from Cedar Summit, fair trade coffee and chocolate from Equal Exchange.
