Celebrate the summer season with this immersive yoga experience. Follow along to your instructor’s voice and soak in the soothing music, directly transmitted to you via wireless headphones. This class will transport you into a summer-time trance, leaving you grounded, serene and refreshed. All levels are welcome.

What is a silent disco? Instead of a speaker system, instruction and music is experienced via wireless headphone receivers.
