We at BPOU believe in the importance of increasing Black representation in not only medicine but all STEM fields.

FOR AGES 16 and Older:

Come out and experience life as a chemist or immunologist at ARUP laboratories. You will have day filled with hands on experience learning the intricacies behind the Immunology, Chemistry and Microbiology practiced by ARUP Scientists.

Parking

Visitor parking spots will be reserved in the lot directly west of our new building.

Where to Go

Alyson Willerton, 801-597-8810, will meet you by our security office (follow the signage from visitor parking) and escort you to the conference room where we will meet.

Attire

Please wear lab appropriate clothing, including closed-toe, comfortable shoes.

11:40-11:55 Immunology

12:00-12:20 Microbiology/Molecular lab experience

12:30-1:30pm Lunch, Q&A, Snacks
