Join me for a retreat dedicated to YOU. On Saturday, August 5th, join like-minded individuals in a space to reconnect to self, restore energy, and reflect on the self. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. In this half-day retreat, you can expect to:
1. Engage in journal prompts to help you reflect and reconnect to the best/highest version of yourself
2. Practice and learn yoga poses to help you quiet the mind and relax the body
3. Practice and learn meditations to help you to cultivate compassion and kindness toward self and others
4. Create vision boards to help you manifest your dreams and visions
5.Engage in interactive exercises to cultivate inspiration from self and others
