One of our favorite things to do at Schola is make pasta. But when summer arrives the idea of heavy sauces such as Alfredo and Bolognaise are just not as appealing as they are in the colder weather. It is hard to beat the great taste of fresh pasta, so join us as we make it and give it a much lighter, refreshing look. The class will make two cold pasta salads, one we call 'Gazpacho' pasta salad inspired by the Spanish soup and a Lemony Cucumber salad with angel hair pasta. We'll then make Cavatelli with peas, mint and feta cheese and cheese Tortellini with charred tomatoes, roasted garlic and arugula. $49.
