Summer of Pils 2023: Craft and Collaboration - Making the Modern Pilsner

Simple isn't easy in a beer defined by the quality of its ingredients. We gather the keepers of the craft—suppliers, maltsters, brewers, and more- to demonstrate the community’s commitment to quality and process long before the beer reaches its final form. We'll also discuss the care, intention, and detail that make the modern pilsner greater than the sum of its parts through the lens of some exciting collaboration beers.

Ticket includes admission to panel discussion and one draft (16 oz.) beer.

This event will be held at The Grand Delancey (not at Threes Brewing). Doors/seating will open at 6:30PM and discussion will begin at 7:00 PM. Capacity is limited to 80 and seating is first-come, first-served. Event is part of the Summer of Pils 2023 festival presented by Threes Brewing, Punch, and Jack's Abby.
