This workshop will teach participants to build their own unique webpage in one day using fun games and activities to introduce HTML, CSS, and basic web structure.
All BGC workshops are geared towards introducing participants to the technological universe and encouraging them to pursue careers as Tech Creators and Entrepreneurs. This event is intended for girls ages 7-17.
The workshop will start promptly at 10:00AM. Participants do not need to bring their own computers. Access will be provided to a computer workstation during the workshop. Both lunch and snacks will be provided.

About Dev Boot Camp
Dev Bootcamp is a 9-week, 40+ hours/week intensive Ruby on Rails training for beginner developers located in Chicago and in San Francisco. In each cohort, students are screened from hundreds of applicants. At the beginning of the program, the skill levels range from having some sys admin experience up to having completed a CS degree. By the end of the course, students will have a very strong foundation in Ruby, Rails, TDD, Pair Programming, and Agile. Creating World Class Beginning Web Developers!
