 Presenter: Peggy Leyden

Peggy Leyden has been helping FranklinCovey’s clients do their best work for 12 years. Before coming to FranklinCovey, she spent 8 years as a consultant with Arthur Andersen doing changemanagement on large projects, and was the training director for several banks in the Chicago area. She also launched her own consultancy in 2003. Peggy holds a master’s in organizational behavior with a focus in organizational development from Benedictine University. She attended Ball State University, and has a bachelor’s in public relations with minors in marketing, speech communications, and counseling psychology. Peggy is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Drexler-Sibbett Team Performance Model, Tracom Social Styles, DiSC, Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II and Strengths Finder.



Fee: Members $150 - Institutions will be billed for registrants. 


What are my parking options?

Parking will be provided on the Rhode Island College campus. Details will be sent approximately one week prior to the event.

How do I pay for this event?

RIHETC will bill your institution directly for the workshop fee. Contact your Human Resources Office with questions regarding your institution's policy on professional development. 

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, that is not necessary.

What is the refund policy?

If you find you can no longer attend, we always suggest that you first try to find someone else from your institution who can attend in your place. We are only able to accept cancellations made 15 days or more from the event date. Cancellations made less than 15 days from the event date cannot be refunded and your institution will be charged for your ticket whether you attend or not. You may transfer your ticket to someone else at your institution at any time, however. Contact your Human Resources Office with institution specific questions.
