Event description

Description

An engaging multi-sensory art workshop for children with visual impairments to explore the exhibition in new ways, with a focus on colour and how it makes us feel.

In this workshop we’ll be playing with light, colour, movement & sound in the gallery, bathing mindfully in colour, exploring the wonders of colour apps on iPads and making our own fabulous kaleidoscopes.

Led by Nadya Derungs from Tangerine Arts, whose practice explores wellbeing using mindfulness & multi-sensory art materials.

Suitable for ages 5 - 16. Paid ticket for participant & guardians for participant go free.

We recommend booking in advance for this event as places are limited.

Bookings can also be made in during gallery opening hours by speaking to a member of the gallery team or at the Fabrica office on Mondays/Tuesdays 10am - 4pm.
