Summer Cooking Class with Chef and PBS Host Steven Meese

Join us at We Olive & Wine Bar Thursday, June 22nd from 5:30pm - 7:30pm, as we welcome Michelin trained chef and PBS host Steven Meese in an interactive demonstration of preparing three delicious dishes that highlight the flavors of summer. Participants will assist in prepping and cooking these marvelous dishes all while receiving hands-on instruction from Chef Steven. By the end of the class, students will enjoy sharing all of the items they prepared and will see how easily many We Olive products can be utilized in everyday cooking or preparing for their next dinner party. Items to be prepared include:
Pan Seared Diver Scallop - watermelon radish, pickled ginger, and We Olive Blood Orange Olive Oil
Charred Watermelon Salad - pickled Bermuda onion, feta, heirloom cherry tomatoes, and We Olive Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
Grilled Rack of Lamb - fennel braised potatoes, micro herbs, and We Olive Garlic Olive Oil
Tickets are $50 per person ($54.12 with tax) and include a 15% off coupon good for any retail purchases made that night. Tickets do not include gratuity.
