Our menu will feature tartines of French green lentil hummus & poached Elfish Salmon with Maya’s Farm herbed Rainbow Valley Fromage Blanc, oven baked polenta with a ratatouille of local blend of summer vegetables (whatever we can find in August!) and a dessert of Rainbow Valley Mascarpone cheese ice cream & grilled polenta cake with Queen Creek Olive Oil Mill Vanilla Bean Olive Oil and fruit. We will pair our meal with wines from Dos Cabezas Winery & Callaghan Vineyards.
