The menu for this event will feature All Natural Chicken Jambalaya with locally made Smoked Andouille Sausage and Brown Rice; Casserole with Locally Grown Eggs, Shredded Potatoes and Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese; New Orleans Beignets with Crumbled Pralines and Caramel Lace.
2 hour cooking class for $45 per class (plus processing fee)
