ITK is back with our 5th year of fantastic summer camps where your kids get to cook different meals every day. We never have the same recipe twice, so you're kids will have a new experience each week.
Our chef instructors will lead the class each day through 5-6 recipes based upon a theme of the week. Once assembled, the kids will get a quick lesson on food safety, proper hygiene, then its off to begin prep. The next few hours will focus on creating each recipe from scratch and ends with the kids enjoying the meal together.
Now that the winter Olympics are done. lets see what their favorite foods are.
Monday - Mikela Shiffrin (Slalom) - She loves to train and that takes energy. We'll create a great healthy menu around her victory.
German Potato Salad
Roasted Chicken al Mattone (under a brick)
Pasta with garden herbs and butter
Tuesday - Maddie Bowman (Half Pipe) - On her pintrest page, she shows us a few great snacks and a love for cookies!
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Wednesday - Meryl Davis and Charlie White (Ice Dancing) - Each person has their favorites and we'll make an Hor d'ouver party with some of their favorites.
Sushi - One of Charlie's favorites so we'll make a few rolls.
Pizza - Instead of a big giant pizza, we'll do small minis!
Chicken Ceasar Salad - We'll use a few tortillas and create some great Chicken Caeser Taco's.
Fruit Salad - Both atheletes like to eat healthy so what heathier than this.
Spinach Balls - A great way to get some veggies and they're really tasty too.
Thursday - Sage Kotsenburg - (Slopestyle) - The self admitted junk food addict eats just about anything. We'll try to make a few favorites, but make them a bit heathier.

Cost is $300 for the week or $80 per day. Early drop off is available at 9am for $10 extra. Late pick up (3pm) is available also at $10 extra.
