Celebrate the first day of summer at Blue Mountain Brewery!
For our next beer dinner, we're dining alfresco! Join us on the patio (will move indoors in the event of bad weather) for a six course meal paired with Blue Mountain Brewery brews and hosted by Brewmaster Taylor Smack.
1st Course: Southern Fried Oyster
Fried Virginia oyster served on creamy pimento cheese in a phyllo cup
Pairing: Smackdown Hard Tea
2nd Course: Watercress Salad
Crisp watercress with raspberry vinaigrette, fresh mango, pomegranate arils, roasted pumpkin seeds, radish, and goat cheese
Pairing: Passionfruit on Acid
3rd Course: Curry Lamb Chop
Grilled curry-rubbed lamb chop topped with chimichurri sauce, with sweet potato puree and sauteed spinach

4th Course: Braised Short Rib Risotto
