WELCOME to the SUMMER AWAKENING Virtual Half-Day Retreat!
{Deeply peaceful half-day meditation experience for opening your heart, warming your nervous system, and softening into the slowness of the Summer Season}
During this 4-hour immersive experience, you will be guided in meditation and mindfulness practices designed to decompress your nervous system, free your mind from worry, and tap into the warm devotion of your heart. You will learn what it means to ‘stay with yourself’, as well as a number of other practices for creating a strong sense of trust, safety, and aliveness within yourself at all times.
By the end of this retreat, you will feel lighter, replenished, and more deeply connected to the desires of heart. You will feel more open, expansive, and equipped to make choices in alignment with your highest good.
You will be met with a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment where Jessica will carry the day so you don’t have to. It’s like a Spa Day for your heart, mind, body, and soul!
