Event description
A Celebration and Conversation of Faith Inspired Community Food Production

About this Event

Join us in celebration of faith-inspired community garden and orchard communities in the Kansas City area!

What is Sukkot? Our generous hosts will share more about the Sukkot Festival and how their faith has inspired The Mitzvah Garden KC. Please join in the conversation and share how your faith has inspired your involvement in community gardens and orchards across our KC Metro area. We welcome all faith traditions to join and share.

The Mitzvah Garden will provide vegan chili and musical entertainment. Please bring a chair or blanket for your comfort.

Do you have extra or less than perfect fruit from your orchard? We will bring our Giving Grove cider press and invite you to share any fruits you would like to contribute to our delicious cider pressing.

This will be a wonderful time of sharing with community and making new friends; don't miss out!
