Troy Belmer and Ryan Nesbitt began Alive & Running Iowa in 2010. Troy is a board member for Black Hawk-Grundy Mental Health Center. Ryan is a trainer for the suicide intervention courses ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) and QPR (Question, Persuade, and Refer).
