Event description

Description

Libby Craig, Regional Director, Crisis Text Line

Pamela Weiss, Crisis Counselor, Crisis Text Line

In a series of four Parent Education Mini-Series events on "Safe and Healthy Teens," attendees learn from leading mental health professionals, psychologists, authors, and nonprofit organizations.

Your best friend. Your dad. That lady down the street. That quiet kid in school. That loud kid in school. Your cousin in Alaska. That hipster in the flannel in Brooklyn. That rando who might lurk online. Crisis Text Line is for everyone.

Crisis Text Line is free, 24/7 support for those in crisis. Text 741741 from anywhere in the USA to text with a trained Crisis Counselor. Come learn how nonprofit Crisis Text Line saves teen lives...one text at a time.

Parents, faculty/staff, and community members welcome! Free admission.

Parent Education Mini-Series events are sponsored by the Sequoia Healthcare District and the Sequoia Union High School District. Special funding for this series from the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF).
