Our aim is to help you give your body a rest from the stuff for 30 days and see if you feel the wellness benefits of having less sugar in your diet. You may be new to this or just need a 'restart' back into good eating habits but being aware of the food you are buying from sauces to cereals can have a big effect on your mood, energy, digestion, concentration and waistline. This challenge is to help you get back to basics including looking at the ingredients list, the nutrition panel, identifying hidden sugars, gaining new ideas for meals and snacks and ultimately having some extra accountability around your food choices from groceries to takeaways (plus we can probably save you money) all while doing it in a fun supportive way!
As let's face it, sometimes we know what to do but we just don’t do it…this will help put knowledge into ACTION!

PLUS we are partnering with Diabetes New Zealand to help raise money for the foundation so they can continue their great work in preventative advocacy, support work and research helping thousands of kiwis with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.

What you can expect by doing this sweet Challenge and the resources provided:

  • Get a 4 week nutrition plan with recipes, shopping list, tips, facts
  • Get posters stick around the home and easy reference guide for 'what's in and what's out'
  • Nutrition panel resources.
  • Have the opportunity to break habits or tweak your diet in a fun and supportive environment
  • Gain knowledge or recap on the dangers of hidden sugars
  • Learn new cooking skills and recipes
  • Try new foods/ healthy products
  • Revise on how to read a nutrition panel and ingredients list on products
  • Have fun- tips on how to eat healthy and be social
  • Feel good!

  • May improve mood, digestive complaints, sleep patterns and energy levels
