Event description

Description

In this paper Alison Phipps will consider the ways in which feminist approaches to the mutual, societal work of refugee integration, using multilingual and artistic approaches, can intervene in arresting narratives and structures of stasis.

Drawing on the work of Butler and Irigary together with (post) decolonial approaches developed through her work with the AHRC’s Translating Cultures Large Grant, she will consider some of the resources for change which have been revealed through this work.
