More about Professor Gupta:
Rajesh Gupta is QUALCOMM professor in Computer Science & Engineering at UCSD. He received his Ph. D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford in 1994. His current research is focused on energy-efficient and mobile computing issues in embedded systems. Professor Gupta works on new architectures for mobile devices that take into account their constraints, such as battery life, a small footprint and less memory, with the goal of making them more energy-efficient. He is also an expert on adaptive computing architecture.
