(TEMA).
Zeynep will review the principals in her book and discuss their applications to leading change and engaging employees to improve operations in healthcare. The healthcare environment is constantly changing, and provider organizations must adapt in order to survive and thrive. This seminar will review the tactics from The Good Job Strategy and how investment in employees can yield lower cost, higher margin and greater customer satisfaction. Zeynep will be followed by Jamie who will share how Zeynep's research is in alignment with the Toyota production system and Toyota's philosophy of leading change.
