This presentation includes a discussion around the types of career transitions generally made by individuals. The three key elements that every individual in transition needs to identify in order to conduct the most efficient and effective job search campaign are addressed. The key elements are further broken down into their component parts and action steps, which once defined and implemented, result in a solid career transition plan.
