Who do you know that could use a little recognition? Life moves quickly. There often isn’t time to revel over daily successes, whether it’s hitting a goal a week ahead of schedule or managing not to spill your morning coffee on your favorite sweater. Successboarding is a process designed to help you incorporate the power of self- recognition into your daily routine. Our time together will explain why accolades are an essential part of a successful business plan and how recognizing yourself leads to larger and more success-based revelations. At the end of our time together you will have a way to recognize yourself that is tangible, measurable, and easily incorporated into your daily life.
Following the luncheon a special workshop lead by Marlo Higgins will be offered to those who register. Learning outcomes/Participants of the workshop session will:
- Evaluate and be accountable for personal successes, utilizing a daily, weekly, and quarterly process
- Create a visual display of success
- Implement those successes into current and future business plans

Ignite Your Success
Known as a Chief Inspirational Officer, Marlo has spent the last five and a half years helping others boost their confidence, refine their goals and stay accountable through her work as a success business coach and motivator. Where did she learn such skills? In 1989, Marlo started her career in human resources and then spent 10 years in nonprofit community leadership. In 2005, she joined a team of executives to start and oversee a sales team. That team went on to reach multi-million dollar sales in 36 months. She joined another sales firm and, in the first 180 days, increased profits by 225 percent. Today, Marlo shares her experiences and lessons learned with others, coaching them in leadership, sales and motivation. She enjoys connecting people to their talents through inspiration, goal setting and personal strategy.
