Courtney Fairchild
Global Services

Courtney is the co-founder and president of Global Services. For 18 years she and her team have successfully prepared, negotiated and managed 2,000+ schedule contracts for Global Services’ clients. Courtney is an authority on all GSA Schedules within the Multiple Award Schedule program and has spoken on related topics across the country. She has worked with companies ranging from multibillion-dollar publicly traded corporations to micro businesses consisting of only a few employees and just about everything in between. In addition to working with her government contractor clients in the private sector, Courtney provides pro bono services to the Small Business Administration’s SCORE program and Small Business Development Center to help their constituents learn about marketing to the federal government, specifically via the GSA Schedule.

Lee Dougherty, Esq.
Montgomery Fazzone

Lee concentrates his practice in the area of government contract law. He has extensive experience in every phase of government contracting at the federal, state and local levels, from contract formation through contract administration and conclusion. His experience includes bid protests, negotiated procurement disputes, terminations for convenience, and defaults and litigation. Lee specializes in government fraud investigations and DCAA audits, False Claims Act investigations, Contracts Disputes Act issues, suspension and debarment, Qui Tam cases and other administrative and criminal investigations and litigation. He also has extensive international procurement law expertise both in Europe and Asia.
