Are you looking to learn how to conduct seminars and training without breaking a sweat? Are you having difficulty picking the right type of strategy to accommodate different audiences to teach them vital skills necessary for their job success and ability to learn/grow?
The Speaker to Trainer workshop, part of the Success Communication Series of Toastmasters, teaches participants how to develop and present training programs. The seminar will include interactive examples and breakout sessions in order to apply the skills and principles being shown throughout the program. Topics to be covered include creating a lesson plan that is based on the adult learning theory, gap analyses to determine the types of training objectives being achieved, and applying facilitative techniques and evaluations of programs to create an action plan that will help you succeed in your training seminars.
The seminar will be held at the Camp Hill Giant in the Community Center located on the 2nd floor. Registration will start at 8:00 AM, with the program starting promptly at 8:30 AM. The program will last until 2:30 PM with several breaks and food/beverage will be served. A voluntary donation of $10.00 will be requested to offset the costs of materials and the food/beverage being provided.
