A Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude graduate of Southern Methodist University, Jory earned her Master’s degree in Spanish from Middlebury College and her law degree from the University of Virginia. She practiced law for 20+ years in the Commonwealth of Virginia and served as a founding faculty member and associate dean of Liberty University School of Law.

Jory holds several coaching certifications including Master Certified Christian Coach, Professional Certified Coach, and Certified Business Coach & Startup Expert. She’s honored to be a certified and licensed B.A.N.K.™ Trainer.

Rosa O’Brocki has been an enthusiastic entrepreneur since childhood. Ever since 5th grade, when she created and ran a highly profitable candy business in Mexico City, Rosa has enjoyed the freedom, fun, and flexibility that entrepreneurship offers.

Shortly after she graduated from college, Rosa built a highly successful eCommerce business selling products around the world on multi-language websites she designed. Her 18+ years of internet marketing success motivated her to launch WOW Effect Marketing in 2016.

Rosa trains and consults with small businesses and entrepreneurs to help them develop winning digital marketing and social media strategies. She also offers her clients access to breakthrough technologies so they can leverage their resources and attain a higher ROI from their marketing efforts.

Rosa holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore and is a trained presenter of the B.A.N.K. Methodology Personality Profiling System™.
