2013: Rehab Operations Review
Speaker: Ira Silfan, MPA, PT
2013 was a challenging year for long term care/subacute rehab directors. With the increasing number of RAC and CMI audits, the growth of ACO’s and managed Medicaid, the initiation of G codes, the
Jimmo ruling and a greater need than ever for therapy threshold management, the demands on us to comply and adapt to these policies were complex.
In this session Ira Silfan will lead a review of these policies, focusing on the impact of the changes, how we have adjusted our operations and what to expect as we enter 2014.
