Not at all! Our signature Santé method workout is designed for every body - from complete beginners to seasoned movers.

What should I wear?

Comfortable activewear you can move in. No shoes needed - pilates is best done barefoot or in grip socks.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring your own mat! If you do not have one, don't worry - send us a DM and we will sort this for you. Also important to note, this event is held outside - please feel free to bring spf, sunglasses, a cap etc. just incase!

Is there parking available?

Yes! There’s free street parking available nearby The Vale - please DO NOT park in the carpark - this is strictly a 'no parking zone'.  Please allow a few extra mins to secure a park.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend if you can’t make it.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely! Many guests will be coming solo, and this event is all about meeting like-minded people.
