At the event, graduate and undergraduate student employees will be able to complete the Onboarding Documents and I-9 Verification Process. You will be required to provide unexpired and original (not photocopied) identification and sign the Georgia Loyalty Oath and Security Questionnaire in the presence of a Notary. You should attend the event and complete the Onboarding Documents and I-9 Verification Process if one of the following scenarios applies to you:
- Been hired as a Faculty/Staff or Student Employee at Georgia Tech for the first time.
- Not worked, logged time, and received a paycheck at Georgia Tech for the past two years.
- Previously hired at Georgia Tech as a different employee type (example: previously hired as a student employee but have been rehired as a staff employee)
Prior to the event, you will receive an email from Equifax Compliance Center with instructions for completing the onboarding documents. Check your spam folder or contact your hiring manager if you do not see the email from Equifax.
Click the "Get tickets" button, select a 30-minute window, and click "Register". Please use your Georgia Tech email address (if you have one) and register only for one time slot.
