About this event

Other

The Free Food Markets are part of Arts SU’s Student Basic Needs Project. These markets are here to support UAL with food and essentials, while also helping reduce the stigma surrounding food insecurity and accessing food support. There is no eligibility criterion to attend these markets, and they are open to all UAL students.

Location: Darkroom Bar, LCC

Date: Wednesday, 15 October

Time: 13:30 – 15:00

At each market, you’ll find a variety of items to take home for free (yes, FREE), including fresh fruit and vegetables, shelf-stable pantry goods, hygiene products, and more!

No registration is required to attend, although we ask that those who plan to attend book a free ticket in order for us to anticipate how much food to order. Occasionally, we may invite you to fill out a short, anonymous survey. This is only to collect feedback, improve the markets, and gather more insights on the direction of the Student Basic Needs Project. Your responses won’t be linked to you personally.
