There is very limited parking around the venue. Please do not park in the salon car park. There is a paid car park just round the corner a short 2 minute walk if you don't manage to get parked on the street.

Can I bring my friends and family to watch?

Of course! The more the merrier!

What is included in my ticket?

Your ticket covers your whole team, so 3 participants. We're looking after you so it'll also include a matcha or smoothie from our lovely vendor!

How long is the workout?

The workout will be around an hour, and you will be sharing the work with your team. So don't worry you wont be going at it for a full hour!

So Soph…what is the competition?

In your teams of 3 you will have 6 stations to complete as many calories or reps as possible in a 7 minute time slot per station. These include: Ski, Row, Bike, Sled push, Wall balls, Run. Don’t worry if you’re not a Hyrox queen, use your team mates to help share the work load!
