We are happy to announce the first yoga focused session from TBR by popular demand. Instead of incorporating yoga as a 10 - 15 minute cool down we decided to make it a class! :)
What is a Strong Yoga Class look like?
This will be a one hour session consisting of dynamic movements, partner-resisted yoga, and spinal breathing exercises. It will truly recovery and relax your body. Consider it a hybrid of yoga, pilates, and mobility training.
1. Correct your misalignments in your body
2. Recover faster from other workouts
3. Increase your flexibility to maximize your results in the gym.
This is a 7 - session class beginning November 1st in Great Falls, VA.
Sessions are on the following days:
Session - 1 - November 1st
Session 2 - November 8th
Session - 3 - November 15
Session - 4 - November 22
Session - 5 - November 29
Session - 6 - December 6
Session - 7 - December 13
The commitment fee is only $145 for all 7 weeks or drop - in rate is $25 per session.
