Event description

Description

Coffee in one hand, confidence in the other.

Fueled by caffeine join business professionals while learning something fresh and new for you or your business. Surrounded by like-minded women, who are focused on growth, high productivity and getting results. Beverages provided by Red River Coffee Co. Breakfast included!

Giving Hearts Day, a program of the Impact Foundation and the region's largest giving day, is on Valentine's Day this year. With that in mind, we decided to dig deeper into non-profit leadership. Join us Feb. 8th at Dakota Medical Foundation as we unpack the theme "Leading With Purpose."

Meet the Speakers

Billi Jo Zielinski

A self-described “Jill of all trades,” Billi Jo Zielinski has over 25 years of volunteer and professional experience with a well-rounded background in business, government and nonprofit sectors. For the last five years, she has had the privilege of leading the Make-A-Wish North Dakota team who together, create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.

Jenessa Fillipi

Jenessa is in her 13th year as an elementary school counselor and her husband, Jake, owns and operates Jake of All Trades Handyman Services. Together, they keep busy with full-time jobs, raising their 4 children, and more recently, running their non-profit, Down Home. Down Home’s mission helps fill a gap that both Jake and Jenessa saw in their respective professions: people transitioning from homelessness into housing who had nothing more than the clothes on their back. Down Home helps eliminate a major barrier for families in this transition by furnishing and decorating their space.
