Strong Returns Mentoring - May
Event Information
About this Event
For a while now I’ve wanted to figure out a way to create a price-accessible support package for women returning to work after maternity, adoption, shared parental leave and career breaks. I normally work with employers who are paying the invoice for their staff, but I know not everybody has that luxury. I also know doing a one off workshop can be great but the action comes afterwards. So, I’ve been cooking up something that isn’t a stand-alone workshop but was some sort of hybrid between group and individual support.
It starts with a group workshop. It’s 90 minutes on Zoom and I take you through some of the big topics that make a big difference when it comes to returning to work. Things like defining success, how you can identify your strengths, focus on boundaries, returning to a virtual world and keeping an eye out for burnout. Confidence and dealing with imposter syndrome may also feature!
Then you get a week of virtual support from me.
• A daily email prompt with an activity to do (tied to the workshop content) that forms part of your return plan.
• WhatsApp support. Using voice notes or messages if you’d prefer, you’ve got access to my brain for ideas and questions.
• This isn’t coaching – so I won’t be asking a question then stepping back, instead, where appropriate I can step in with suggestions, guidance and anecdotes galore!
• At the end of the week there’s a 45-minute group call to see how you’re all getting on, maybe swap contact details if you want and share learnings – generally cheering each other on.
