My name is Erika Mitchell, I am a holistic health practitioner that is forever working on her own health (and trying to learn new things) and in the process I discovered a love for helping people with theirs! Even more so when I realized how perfectly holism can fit into achieving our health goals, I fully believe in the mind, body, & soul approach that the holistic lifestyle represents, I also believe this means something different for everyone. That is why I believe in meeting people where they are in a completely non-judgmental way because we all have health goals we are reaching towards (even me!) and chastisement gets us no where. I look at myself as your partner in becoming your healthiest self and prioritize each person as an individual that should aspire to their own health objectives.
