Description

A program geared for leaders and frontline staff dedicated to improving organizational stroke care. If you are part of the stroke team or a stroke champion, this is for you!

The Midwest Stroke Action Alliance in association with the American Heart Association presents two days of learning designed specifically for Stroke Program Leadership including Stroke Coordinators, Core Stroke Team Members, Quality Improvement Specialists, and Program Administrators.

Objectives will include the following: Executing team based approaches, midfullness as a tool to reduce stress for caregivers and patients and stroke team members, strategies in engaging physician partners, and using data to continuously improve outcomes.
