Co-Yoga Instructors:

Mary Mallon

Mary is a bright and loving soul that has the ability to transform her classes into a judgement-free space where yogis can explore their mind as well as their body. She is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and has been an avid yogi for over 10 years. Mary continues to teach professionally at CorePower Yoga in Chicago where she first started in 2013. Her specialties are rooted in vinyasa and hot yoga flows.

Rachel Lechocki

Rachel Lechocki earned her 200-hour yoga certification in 2013 from Focus OM, in Brookfield, IL. There she studied a variety of styles and techniques, including, pranayama, yoga and essential oils, vinyasa and gentle yoga. Quickly after graduating, Rachel began teaching at Focus and running her original programs for kids and teens, weaving yoga, art, dance, and journaling into classes and workshops. In 2015, Rachel received a scholarship from a donor through the African Yoga Project, to certify with, Next Generation Kids Yoga. Rachel took both certification programs within one year for ages, 2-7 and 8-13. Since then she's been teaching yoga independently to adults and kids, facilitating yoga birthday parties, Girl Scout events, etc. Rachel herself was introduced to yoga at age 17. Though at the time she wasn't aware, it helped her cope with depression and body issues. She strongly believes the practice, as a lifestyle, can expand your present roots and open consciousness to a sense of self and surroundings that otherwise go unnoticed, on and off the mat.
