Stretching After Motion

A basic series of stretches and releases that address all areas of the body, including the range of motion of the joints and areas of common tension, i.e neck, shoulders, back, psoas. This class would require each student to wear either tights or loose fitting pants and to have his/her own yoga mat.
This class is immediately after Line Dancing for Longevity!!!
