Stretching on a Monday morning, what else?
Join our resident FLEX-PERT Kathryn Marshall Movement for a stretch session, designed to lengthen, open and challenge your flexibility.
This class will work through a full body stretch suitable for all abilities. Get out from behind your desk and GET INVOLVED!
Whether your goal is to touch your toes, to work towards the splits, a bridge, or to fold yourself fully in half the key to stretching is PRACTICE. Give yourself a dedicated time each week to work towards your stretch goals with the help of a knowledgeable and experienced instructor.
This is an online live session you can enjoy from your living room (or any other room!). Once you have booked your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email including the link on which you can click to join the live session on the date and time of the event! We use Zoom (www.zoom.us), which is free to use. Make sure you download it beforehand to be all ready when the live session starts!
