How do you wind down at night? Most people’s way usually included Netflix and putting your feet up but what if you switch it up on a Tuesday!

Join Lilian for an evening of self care! This class is a flow of release, stretch and connecting to ourselves to be able to let go of anything left of our day to welcome rest. The evening will consist of a series of techniques to ground your energy and program your body for relaxing. Each week you will be guided through a variety of progressive and pain-free mobilizations and stretches that will improve mobility, release endorphins and decrease stress levels. The class will include a mindful technique that will teach you small tools to be more present in your everyday life. Mindfulness has been found to be a key element in happiness, helping you become more engaged in activities and giving you a greater capacity to deal with adverse events. Let’s change the night time routine to start our days better!
