This 30 minute webinar will introduce you to the variety of technologies available to achieve healthier stress in the forms of mobile apps, wearables, and virtual reality. We will talk about these offerings in the context of your:

2) digital lifestyle related to your favorite devices, channels, and content.

We will use stressful scenarios to showcase application options and even demonstrate a select number of the applications available on the market presently.
