Please be advised that a $5 per person fee is requested at the door.

You need StressLess for Women if you...... ✓ You define yourself as mother, wife, daughter, mediator, chauffer, employee, director, financial officer...everything but you. You know everything that has to be done, but have trouble naming what you'd like to happen. You don't have time to take care of yourself. You've experienced physical breakdown or vague, chronic illness over time—particularly during or immediately following times of high stress.The primary goal of the group is to help you focus on you, to offer the support, information and tools necessary to make yourself a priority in your own life. You will learn:

How to relax yourself.
· How to empower yourself.
· How to live consciously.
· How to connect with yourself.

How to hold it together and nurture yourself when those around you are pulling you in different
directions. How positive thinking and a little structure can help you find, clarify and achieve your goals.
How to relax deeply and meaningfully in the precious, short period of time you can find. How to replace
self-defeating habits with self affirming ones. How to take care of you when everyone around you wants
you to take care of them. Learning how body, mind and spirit really intersect and how to make that work
in your favor. How to increase your commitment to self nurturing and manage daily stress. How to live
mindfully to get the most out of your workout, your food, your relationships and your life. Nurturing
creativity to help build a better you. Relaxation techniques to use daily and as needed to relieve stress
Journaling for clarity and self-nurture. Coping with—and actually getting more fromintergenerational
relationships Aromatherapy, meditation and yoga for "normal" people.

Group members will determine other goals based on their needs and interests.
All groups have a basic structure to help participants focus:

Tea Talk begins the group. This time is for discussing life and its events. From this discussion the
topics for future groups are formed.
Sharing information. It is during this time the research is shared about the topics of interest.
Creativity and connecting with the self. This may take the form of moving, doing art, crafting, journaling
or any other way of expressing oneself.
Relaxation. A process of becoming aware and learning how to release tension from your body.
Closure. A time for reviewing and preparing the week ahead.

· Relaxation techniques to use daily and as needed to relieve stress
· Journaling
· Aging parents
· Teens
· Aromatherapy
· Meditation
· Yoga
· Living mindfully
· Self-Empowerment
· Mother/Daughter relationships (including intergenerational groups)
· Mother/Son relationships (including intergenerational groups)
