Stress has a profound effect on the body. Learn the difference between acute and chronic stress, the effects on the body’s physiological functions, and how this affects your health. Discover simple techniques to counteract acute stress (including Holiday stress!). Create a plan to restore your health from chronic stress to improve your health.

Caryn Willens is a Certified Yoga Teacher and a Holistic Health Professional who has been in healthcare for over 40 years. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene, a Master of Arts Degree in Education, and a Doctor of Naturopathy degree. Along with her certification as a yoga teacher, she is also a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner and a Certified Personal Development Facilitator. Combining her knowledge and experience to focus on the structure and function of the body, Caryn guides individuals as they achieve their physical and emotional goals so they can age gracefully and have a better quality of life.
