Join Chantal Donnelly, physical therapist and stress and nervous system expert, as she explores the various ways to manage stress on a daily basis. She will cover a wide array of tools including free vs cost-based tools, body-based and cognitive tools, and passive vs. active tools. You will learn tools you can do in 30-seonds, during a stressful event as well as tools you can use to prepare for future stress.
