Combined Arms Wellness Committee invites you to join us for the Inaugural Stress Buster Day! The purpose of Stress Buster Day is to get smart about stress through educational classes while blowing off steam with group activities. Life is too short to be stressed. Let's do something about it! Check out the timeline of the day and share it on social media. This is free for veterans and dependents.

"Get your Mind Right": Positive Psychology will be taught by Dr. Amy Harkins of Easter Seals of Greater Houston.
"Tame that Stress Monkey": Stress Management will be taught by Carolina Bone of Interface Samaritan.
"You are What You Eat": Nutrition will be taught by Earl Lundy of Custom Max Performance.
"There's an App for That": Using technology to manage stress will be taught by Jana Rodriguez of ESGH.
For the Body
"Yoga & Chill": Will be taught by yoga instructor from Expedition Balance
"Sweat it Out": Boxing circuit training will be taught by Jose Romero of the Greater Houston Partnership
"Bayou & Back on a Bike": A group bike ride down Buffalo Bayou will close the day led by Bayou City Bike Tours
