EVENT DESCRIPTION

FEELING A LITTLE STRESSED ABOUT IT ALL?

The pandemic has resulted in not only loss of life, but many life changes as well. Youth, racial and ethnic minorities, essential workers, and unpaid caregivers and parents reported experiencing disproportionately worse mental health outcomes, increased substance use and elevated suicidal ideation.

As we carry this experience into our “new normal”, we also recognize the reality that stress has caused students returning to school and employees coming back to the office.

Join us for an interactive discussion where you will have an opportunity to hear and share common concerns and learn coping tools to apply to our “new normal”.

FACILITATORS INCLUDE:

Luis Lopez, MA,MS, CASAC -Director of Special Projects -Center for Practice Innovations – Columbia University, Program Development at New York State Psychiatric Institute
