All women can use a little less stress in their lives. Since stress is a risk factor for many types of chronic conditions, it's especially important to bring down your stress levels to stay healthy.

That's why Imbert Cancer Center and Katz Institute for Women's Health are coming together to host our upcoming event, Stress and the Cancer Connection: De-stressing for Better Health.
